Who We Are
Simply, we are career developers for the over 40s, and because so many of the over 40s are in supervisory roles, we specialise and assist supervisors, managers and executives. For employers, we help them select and retain their best people. We are able to do this as we have developed a unique, reliable and valid selection system using emotive profiling. We provide serivces on a world-wide basis taking advantage of our time position, where we can assist out of hours, in our normal work day.

About Guardian Angel
Guardian Angel Holdings Pty Ltd is a completely independent, private, non-governmental and non-sectarian Australian owned company. The business name stems from sending managers, who had previously been overlooked due to their age, into the workforce as trustworthy competent people, who were able to confidently and positively contribute to businesses. Our working definition of a guardian angel is “A guardian spirit or guiding influence who is a kind and lovable, protective being.” It is a worthy metaphor, as we witness many of our clients who were seen as inefficient, ineffective and sometimes with negative behaviours, become guiding influences and create amazing profitability for their companies and expansion, even in recessionary times.
