This methodology is discerning enough to cut through any pretence or facade, thereby useful for identifying fraudsters, corporate psychopaths and even terrorists. This is coupled with years of experience in dealing with high level, destructive and manipulative senior managers, some of whom were considered to be impossibly entrenched in their position.
